About the job position
You will be part of our development team consisting of engineers, constructers, software programmers etc. – all handling the continuous effort on developing and improving our hydrogen fueling station products and services.
A hydrogen fueling stations involves a variety of technical disciplines, ranging from pressurized equipment, mechanics, electronics, controls, cooling and regulation.
As process engineer, you will focus on design, control, safety and optimization of processes and design of our hydrogen fueling stations. You will be involved in several different technical areas and disciplines, among others: simulation and dimensioning of capacity, pressure and temperature flows, handling contact to suppliers of components, participate in risk assessments and development and testing of control specifications for software. You will also work on simulation and development of hydrogen fueling processes and protocols, which are essential parts of the design of hydrogen fueling stations.
You will have the responsibility for specific processes, components and modules of the fueling station, and be part of developing new products and supporting existing stations in operation – so you will need to manage several tasks and projects at the same time. Technical skills and understanding and the ability to find solid technical solutions is a must. You will work on new development projects as well as customer specific projects.
The development team at H2 Logic consists of 17 highly skilled enthusiasts. The organization is dynamic, informal and flexibility is a key word. The place of work will primarily be at the H2 Logic premises, located south of Herning, Denmark – nearby highways, city centre and international airport. Travel activities to some extend is to be expected.

Requirements
- Educated engineer or similar (M.Sc./B.Sc. within energy, software, chemistry, mechanics or alike)
- Experience in modelling physics e.g. in Matlab and/or Comsol
- Knowledgeable on design of pipe and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)
- Ability to quickly understand complex system designs
- Ability to work structured and finishing tasks and with extensive sense of quality
- Not afraid of challenges and hard but exciting work
- Understanding of mechanics, hardware and software design
- Technically skilled for developing solid and creative solutions to problems
Preferences
- Experienced in developing technical specifications and control descriptions
- Educated within fluid and thermodynamics
- Flair and understanding for software coding and experienced in software specification
- Ability to manage complex system and handle multiple tasks at a time
- Experience with process plants and system controls and regulation
- Experience in technical risk assessments for process plant design and safety systems
